Executive Personal Assistant to UHNW Founder & CEO - $170k-225k
A highly successful UHNW Founder/CEO within the Fashion Industry is seeking a seasoned, exceptionally polished Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive end-to-end support across all professional, personal, household, and family-office matters. This role is designed for a top-tier EA/PA who can operate with complete discretion, anticipate needs before they arise, and take full ownership of a complex, fast-moving executive life.
The ideal candidate is experienced, unflappable, deeply resourceful, and accustomed to supporting a founder-driven environment where priorities shift quickly and expectations are high. This is not a corporate assistant role. It requires someone who thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, UHNW ecosystem. This Assistant will require a 24/7 mindset and be comfortable going into the office Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
Executive, Personal & Family Office Support
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper and right hand for the Founder across all areas of life.
- Manage, prioritize, and resolve a constant flow of complex, sensitive, and confidential matters.
- Oversee personal and business logistics, communications, and workflow with minimal instruction.
- Anticipate needs and proactively prepare the executive for upcoming obligations, meetings, events, and engagements.
Property & Household Oversight
- Manage multiple residences, including city and secondary homes, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate maintenance, vendors, repairs, renovations, and large-scale construction or design projects.
- Oversee household assets including vehicles, schedules, supplies, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Team & Staff Management
- Manage support staff, which may include household employees, drivers, junior assistants, and contractors.
- Hire, onboard, schedule, and oversee additional staff as needed.
- Provide clear structure, accountability, and standards for all direct reports.
Logistics, Planning & Lifestyle Management
- Plan and manage itineraries, calendars, appointments, and reservations across both personal and professional domains.
- Coordinate occasional travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and ground logistics.
- Handle high-touch lifestyle support such as events, personal commitments, wardrobe coordination, gifting, and social planning.
High-Level Administrative Support
- Manage email and communication flow across multiple platforms (G Suite, Slack, Asana, messaging apps).
- Maintain documentation, files, and systems to streamline both business and personal operations.
- Support major initiatives, events, and ongoing projects across multiple entities.
Requirements:
- 5–10+ years supporting an UHNW individual, founder, or C-suite leader in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex households, high-value properties, or multi-residence arrangements.
- Strong people-management skills; capable of managing up, managing down, and providing clear direction.
- Experience handling highly confidential information with utmost discretion.
Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in G Suite (non-negotiable).
- Comfortable operating across multiple platforms (Slack, Asana, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.).
- Highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to move seamlessly between tools and devices.
Personal Characteristics
- Polished, composed, and highly professional.
- Intuitive, proactive, and able to operate several steps ahead.
- High EQ with the ability to read environments and adjust communication accordingly.
- Fashion-, culture-, and hospitality-aware; comfortable interfacing with high-profile individuals.
- Energetic, fast-paced, discreet, and deeply committed to excellence.
Compensation: $170k-225k plus Bonus and Benefits
