CLEAR is looking for an Executive Assistant to support CLEAR’s EVP, C1 and EVP, Travel and Aviation. You will act as a strategic business partner to help drive the company forward, and have a finger on the pulse of both your leader's and of the organization’s needs, while ensuring seamless business operations.
What you'll do:
- Extensive and heavy scheduling and strategic calendar management
- Manage prioritization of internal and external requests for review and approval in real time daily
- Coordinate internal and external meeting logistics, agendas, materials and communications
- Ensure leader is kept on schedule and on time for meetings daily
- Stay up-to-date on company and team happenings and priorities and keep your finger on the pulse of the organization’s needs
- Act as a strategic partner to your leaders in helping to drive the company forward
- Handle all travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transportation; obtain visas, passport renewals, or any other travel documents
- Resolve expenses monthly

The base salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
