Buckhead Center for Nursing and Healing is growing and looking for an
Experienced Nursing Home Scheduler who can also support
Central Supply. If you’re organized, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced nursing home environment, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
Primary Focus: Scheduling
- Create and manage nursing department schedules
- Ensure proper staffing levels to reduce overtime and agency
- Serve as the point of contact for department heads for staffing needs
- Support labor management processes and scheduling software
Secondary: Central Supply (Can Be Trained)
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking nursing supplies
- Maintain accurate supply records and help distribute supplies as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Prior scheduling experience in a nursing home is strongly preferred (priority requirement)
- Long-term care experience required
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
- Reliable, organized, and able to communicate well with staff at all levels
- CNA experience helpful but not required
- Must meet all health and vaccination requirements
