Plant Manager
We have been retained to find a Plant Manager for a fast growing bakery operation. We need someone who has experience leading from a fairly traditional bakery environment with very little structure to more of a CPG efficiently run environment with robust process and systems.
The ideal candidate has a servant leadership style and understands how to develop people, process, and systems to deliver a high-quality product in an efficient manner. This position blends practical hands-on operations leadership with the ability to develop process and systems achieving higher levels of safety, quality, productivity and cost. Must be able to scale for growth and effectively lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Minimum of 5 years leading operations for a food manufacturing plant
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Understanding of KPI's and how to implement them
- Coaching and mentoring leadership style
- Hands-on team player who engages the people
- Bakery experience is a huge plus
- Food Manufacturing is a must
