This role will handle several duties, such as…
- Managing calendars for multiple conference rooms
- Setting up conference rooms for meetings
- Coordinating daily catered lunches
- Maintaining kitchen and office supplies, placing orders and restocking regularly
- Greeting guests and overseeing mail and deliveries
- Handling all building parking inquiries
- Serving as the point of contact for onsite vendors
- Ensuring office spaces are clean and organized
- Coordinating birthday celebrations
- Providing backup support to other Executive Assistants as needed
