Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a scalable end-to-end supply chain strategy that supports rapid business growth and global expansion
- Oversee procurement, planning, logistics, inventory management, contract manufacturing, and distribution
- Build and manage supplier relationships across domestic and international markets to ensure reliability, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
- Partner closely with R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams to align supply chain capabilities with business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, leveraging data and technology for better forecasting, visibility, and performance
- Ensure regulatory, quality, and sustainability standards are met throughout the supply chain lifecycle
- Build and lead a high-performing team capable of adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience, preferably in biotech, agtech, life sciences, or related manufacturing environments
- Proven success in building and scaling global supply chain operations from early stage through commercialization
- Experience in agricultural technology, sustainable agriculture, or biologics is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of global logistics, vendor management, ERP systems, and supply chain analytics
- Ability to thrive in a mission-driven, entrepreneurial setting with a passion for innovation and sustainability
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
