Empire Care Centers is actively seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our

Position Summary
As the LNHA, you will oversee the daily operations, regulatory compliance, staffing, financial performance, resident experience, and overall leadership of our skilled nursing facility. You will drive clinical and operational excellence while fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with regional leadership, who are deeply involved in supporting quality outcomes and helping each center succeed.

Qualifications And Requirements
- Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Georgia
- Prior experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations impacting skilled nursing facilities
- Ability to analyze data, drive outcomes, and lead teams toward excellence
- Availability for on-call responsibilities as needed
