What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and adjust staff schedules with accuracy
- Track attendance, lateness, call-outs, and early departures
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure safe and efficient coverage
- Generate reports on productive and non-productive hours
- Post monthly schedules and facilitate needed adjustments
- Coordinate and approve shift trades in collaboration with nursing leadership
- Maintain accurate attendance records and documentation
- Partner with HR to support attendance policies
- Provide timely staffing updates to the DON and Administrator
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Scheduler or Staffing Coordinator (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
