Position Overview:
This role oversees the full scope of manufacturing operations strategy—developing and implementing systems, processes, and performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency, quality, and scalability. The position focuses on identifying production bottlenecks, resolving root causes, optimizing staffing, and maintaining alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Maintain adherence to all applicable manufacturing, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Direct and allocate resources to meet production forecasts and operational priorities.
• Drive initiatives that enhance workforce productivity, delivery performance, and product quality while meeting corporate and customer expectations.
• Lead root-cause analyses for production challenges to eliminate delays and prevent recurrence.
• Manage end-to-end production operations to ensure products meet quality, cost, and schedule commitments through effective planning and coordination.
• Foster a culture aligned with company values by developing team members, advancing succession planning, and ensuring
consistent coaching and career growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in manufacturing or related technical environments; experience in complex systems or integrated production settings preferred.
• Proven expertise in process optimization and Lean methodologies; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
Need to have experience with EHS standards.
