Job Overview:
The Director of Warehouse & Logistics is responsible for all warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation operations across company-owned facilities in California, Illinois, and Canada, as well as third-party logistics (3PL) partners in North America. This leader ensures efficient, accurate, and scalable operations that meet customer demand and support overall business growth.
*Must be available to work Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm*
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Direct and oversee all warehouse and QC operations across North American sites (CA, IL, and Canada).
- Manage relationships and performance with 3PL partners to ensure service levels, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and implement best practices for warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve accuracy and speed.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to optimize freight costs, delivery times, and carrier performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Merchandising teams to ensure seamless flow of goods and information.
- Establish and track KPIs related to fulfillment, shipping accuracy, and delivery performance.
- Evaluate and integrate technology solutions (WMS, TMS, automation tools) to increase operational visibility and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards across all warehouse operations.
- Manage and develop warehouse leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage operational budgets and workforce planning to support current and future business needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred and 10+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management, including multi-site leadership or any similar combination of education and experience
- Experience in consumer goods, preferably Ecommerce
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and improving complex processes within an organization.
- Experience managing key metrics with demonstrated ability to share insight from data with key stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing 3PL partnerships and large-scale distribution operations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience implementing process improvements and operational systems (e.g., WMS/TMS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven experience building and managing a high performing management team.
