Supply Chain Manager | Consumer Goods | $130,000 – $150,000 base + benefits

Are you a hands-on supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment? Our growing CPG business is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead demand planning, S&OP execution and customer service across North America.

What You’ll Do:

Lead demand planning and local S&OP, delivering accurate forecasts and actionable insights.
Manage customer service operations to ensure high service levels and fast issue resolution.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to align plans and drive performance.
Serve as the main supply and service contact for North America customers.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years’ experience in demand planning, forecasting or customer supply chain (CPG preferred).
Proficiency with ERP/planning systems (Dynamics 365, SAP a plus).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on, adaptable mindset—comfortable in a lean, fast-paced environment.
