Position Overview
The Vice President of Operations will play a critical leadership role in overseeing and scaling the operations of the brands wholesale and consumer products business. Reporting directly to the COO and Ownership, this leader will be responsible for driving operational excellence across supply chain, infrastructure, IT, and business strategy to support the company’s continued growth in the $50M–$100M+ revenue range.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned operator with deep wholesale experience, proven success with mass retailers, and a strong background in consumer products. This individual will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring that systems, processes, and teams are optimized to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company goals.
- Build and manage core operational functions, including supply chain, logistics, infrastructure, IT, and overall business operations.
- Develop and execute strategies to support profitable growth in wholesale and consumer product channels.
 
 
Wholesale & Retail Partnerships
- Drive operational excellence in wholesale distribution, ensuring seamless collaboration with mass retail partners.
- Develop processes and systems to manage large-scale wholesale accounts and high-volume transactions.
 
 
Supply Chain & Infrastructure
- Lead supply chain management, including sourcing, procurement, distribution, and fulfillment operations.
- Implement best practices to ensure cost efficiency, speed, and quality across the supply chain.
 
 
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with the COO and Ownership to set operational strategy and support long-term business growth.
- Ensure operational systems and processes can scale with business expansion.
 
 
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team (direct reports TBD).
- Mentor and develop talent while fostering a culture of accountability and results.
 
 
Qualifications
- Wholesale Experience Required: Demonstrated success leading operations in a wholesale-focused business.
- Mass Retail Experience Required: Proven ability to manage partnerships and operations with large-scale retailers.
- Consumer Products Expertise: Familiarity with the unique challenges of consumer goods, from production to distribution.
- Operational Expertise: Strong background in business operations, supply chain management, IT, and infrastructure.
- Scale Management: Experience operating in businesses with $50M–$100M+ in revenue; comfortable leading at scale but not from overly large, bureaucratic organizations.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and grow cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Acumen: Capable of balancing hands-on operational management with high-level strategy.

Salary $150,000-$175,000
