They’re now seeking a Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain to lead the next phase of growth. This executive will oversee Production, Logistics, Inventory Management, and Customer Experience, ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will shape strategy, scale systems, and drive collaboration across teams — building a foundation for sustained growth and a best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale & optimize operations: Lead the continued evolution of a vertically integrated supply chain to support growth targets while maintaining exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
- Drive performance & profitability: Oversee P&L metrics related to operations, including margin and working capital; identify and execute efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
- Strengthen supplier partnerships: Manage and expand manufacturing and logistics relationships, ensuring consistent adherence to service-level standards and brand expectations.
- Elevate customer experience: Oversee Customer Care to ensure every interaction reflects the company’s commitment to a luxury-level experience.
- Lead & develop teams: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing operations organization, including direct management of functional leads across supply chain and service.
- Strategic leadership: Partner closely with the CEO and executive peers to define and execute company-wide objectives (OKRs), growth initiatives, and culture-building priorities.
- Innovation & problem solving: Balance long-term operational planning with rapid problem resolution — acting decisively and creatively in dynamic environments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading Operations, Supply Chain, or related functions within brand-led or consumer-focused companies.
- Demonstrated success building, managing, and scaling high-performing teams, including leadership-level talent.
- Deep understanding of financial management — including margin optimization, working capital, and data-driven decision-making.
- Skilled negotiator with a track record of strengthening supplier partnerships and driving operational excellence.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a bias toward hands-on execution.
- Exceptional communicator with strong executive presence and cross-functional influence.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
