Our client, a high-performing attorney at a busy law firm, is looking for a proactive and resourceful Personal & Executive Assistant to manage both professional and personal priorities. This is a hybrid role, must be based in Los Angeles and open to travel as needed.

This is a fast-moving, high-trust position for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and loves bringing structure to chaos. You’ll act as the attorney’s true right hand, keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar and schedule
Anticipate conflicts and resolve them proactively
Join meetings, capture notes, and track follow-ups
Manage inbox and task tracking
Coordinate travel, appointments, and logistics
Handle personal and household tasks as needed
Stay several steps ahead by anticipating needs and acting with urgency

Qualifications

High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organization
Discreet, trustworthy, and professional
Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern tools
4+ years in an administrative, personal, or executive support role
Able to juggle multiple priorities and operate independently
Comfortable with direct, fast-paced communication
Up to 40% travel required

Salary $70,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
