POSITION SUMMARY
The President, West Coast will serve as the senior executive responsible for overseeing all operations, growth, and profitability across the western region of the company’s footprint. Reporting directly to the COO, this role will focus on scaling a multi-site network, driving performance improvement, and fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with the company’s overall strategic direction.
This leader will combine strategic insight with operational rigor, ensuring that each regional facility delivers strong financial results, exceptional service quality, and consistent execution. The President will partner with corporate leadership to advance key initiatives in technology, process optimization, and customer experience—while also serving as a visible and hands-on leader across the region.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in multi-site operations, growth leadership, and financial accountability, preferably within the automotive services, light manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
Location: Los Angele (preferred), open to other locations in CA & NV
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic & Financial Leadership
- Own full P&L responsibility for the West Coast region, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational scalability
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and execute regional business strategy, aligning with national goals.
- Identify and pursue regional expansion opportunities through acquisitions, greenfield openings, and new customer channels.
Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all West Coast facilities, ensuring consistent execution, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure accountability across sites.
- Ensure operational discipline in areas such as scheduling, resource planning, and cost control.
Team & Culture Leadership
- Lead and develop a team of site leaders, instilling a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and elevate operational managers to become high-impact leaders within the organization.
- Promote a safety-first, customer-centric culture that reflects the company’s values.
Growth & Expansion
- Oversee the opening of new locations including site selection, facility planning, staffing, and launch execution.
- Manage integration of newly acquired businesses to ensure cultural and operational alignment.
Technology & Process Improvement
- Champion process automation and technology adoption to improve efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making.
- Partner with IT and finance teams to enhance reporting, systems integration, and regional forecasting.
Customer & Market Focus
- Strengthen customer relationships and ensure consistent delivery of best-in-class service.
- Build partnerships with key suppliers and vendors to improve pricing, delivery, and reliability.
Compliance & Safety
- Uphold all applicable safety and regulatory standards.
- Promote a culture of accountability and compliance across all facilities.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in operations, general management, or P&L ownership roles
- Proven experience managing 10+ locations within automotive services, manufacturing, or related sectors
- Demonstrated success driving EBITDA growth and operational scale
- Experience leading regional expansions, including new facility openings and M&A integration
- Strong financial acumen and comfort with performance metrics and analytics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to travel regionally (2–4 days per week as needed)
