Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
Demonstrated results in safety, productivity, and cost improvement
Experience With Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Or Similar Methodologies
Strong leadership presence and ability to build high-performing teams
