The Administrative Assistant supports the daily operations of Elevation Autism Center by providing high-level administrative, logistical, and operational support to the CEO and leadership team. This role ensures that administrative systems run smoothly across all locations, oversees company-wide purchasing and technology needs, and acts as a key liaison for internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, growing ABA organization.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm out of our Alpharetta office
Key Responsibilities
Technology & Purchasing Management
- Order and track all clinic technology (laptops, tablets, printers, accessories, etc.) across locations
- Manage Amazon Business purchasing company-wide, including maintaining budgets, approving requests, and reconciling orders monthly
- Maintain technology and supply inventory logs; anticipate needs and reorder proactively
Operations & Administrative Support
- Maintain a fully stocked and organized admin office, including supplies, equipment, and general office needs
- Order company swag and manage distribution for onboarding, events, and staff initiatives
- Create and manage Outlook email accounts and internal communication phone numbers for all new salaried staff
- Manage admin conference room calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Assist with CEO and leadership team projects, including scheduling, research, document preparation, and coordination
Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan and support company-wide events such as staff appreciation, holiday events, and organization-wide gatherings
- Coordinate leadership events including retreats, strategy sessions, and specialized trainings
- Book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rental cars) for leadership team members
- Coordinate sponsored and community events, ensuring brand alignment and vendor coordination
Vendor Management & Communication
- Serve as primary point of contact for outside vendors related to supplies, technology, facilities, printing, swag, and services
- Review invoices, verify accuracy, and forward to accounting with correct documentation
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors to ensure reliability and competitive pricing
Marketing & Social Media Support
- Collaborate with the Regional Operations Director to support content scheduling, posting, and coordination across clinics
- Gather materials and assist with workflow for company-wide social media management
Administrative Systems & Coordination
- Manage internal administrative workflows to support efficient communication, purchasing, and onboarding processes
- Support onboarding of salaried team members, including accounts, phone numbers, technology setup, and distribution of swag and materials
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in administrative support, office management, or operations (healthcare or ABA preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize in a fast-growing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and Amazon Business
- Comfortable with technology purchasing and basic IT coordination

Benefits
Compensation: $40,000-45,000 annualized base salary based on experience, paid semi-monthly on the 15th and last day of the month, with the potential for semi-annual merit increases based on performance.
Health Care Reimbursement: $530 per month reimbursement through Take Command platform.
Paid Time Off: 15 days of annual Paid Time Off (PTO).
Other Time Off: 10 company holidays, per company policy.
