Plant Manager – Building Materials | South Carolina, USA

We have partnered with a leading building materials organization to recruit for a Plant Manager to lead operations and drive excellence at a key production facility. The position will be based in South Carolina.
Responsibilities: - Oversee all plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvements and cost reduction.
- Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams across production, maintenance, and quality. - Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Manage plant budgets, KPIs, and report to senior management. - Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation within the plant.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the building materials industry, with at least 3 years in a plant management or senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading manufacturing operations within a high-volume production environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
