Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor, located in Hialeah, FL. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensuring that production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained. Key responsibilities include coordinating production planning activities, managing workflow, supervising team members to maximize productivity, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves communication and collaboration with various departments to optimize processes and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and manage production team members effectively
- Proficiency in Production Schedules and Production Planning to ensure timely and efficient output
- Experience in Production Management, including process optimization and problem-solving
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and across departments
- Knowledge of workplace safety guidelines and quality control principles
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
