Job Summary and Qualifications
This individuals primary responsibility is to drivethe Divisions HCAHPS agenda byworkingdirectly, on-siteat each facility in the Division.
In addition, this individual willbe responsible forthe overall corporate quality and patientsafetyagendas detailed below.
- CPHQ
- 5 years of experience with the required activities
- RN with valid Florida license preferred
