Operations Manager

Our client is seeking a driven Operations Manager to lead day-to-day performance across Warehouse, Quality Control, After-Sales Service, and Facilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, knows how to streamline processes, and can turn operational goals into real results. If you’re a hands-on leader who loves improving systems, motivating teams, and keeping operations running at a high level, this is the role.
Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse, QC, service, and facility operations with a focus on speed, accuracy, and safety
- Build a strong, accountable team culture with clear expectations and ongoing coaching
- Implement SOPs and process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, RMAs, and demo equipment
- Partner with Sales, Purchasing, Product, and Supply Chain to align priorities and solve cross-functional issues
- Manage budgets, freight costs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics
- Ensure ERP/WMS data accuracy and support system improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in warehouse or operations leadership
- Experience with SOPs, process improvement, and logistics coordination
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of inventory management, QC practices, and basic Lean/continuous improvement
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and navigate a mixed office/warehouse environment
