Our long-established agency is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team! Our non-medical clients are located in Cleveland and the surrounding metro area. As the ideal candidate, you will:
- Assess, plan and implement client care needs, and adjust as necessary.
- Document services and/or concerns surrounding client needs and conditions.
- Provide consultation to parties involved with clients regarding client need and care.
- Participate in Orientation and training activities.
Position Requirements
- Must possess in Good Standing a license through the State of Ohio Nursing Board as a Registered Nurse free and clear of Board Action and/or Restriction
- Must have previous experience within a Home Health Agency and/or Nursing Facility/Residence with elderly care included
- Must provide verifiable references
- Experience with electronic documentation and email, cell phone for calls as well as messaging
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check. And/or drug test
- Must possess reliable personal transportation to and from assignments as necessary, including valid driver’s license, and valid car insurance and agree to visit clients in Cleveland and surrounding Metro areas.
- Must have part-time flexible availability.
- Compensation is per visit and includes travel time and mileage.
