Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing inbound or outbound operations in a 24/7, 770,000-square-foot facility. The role involves ensuring flawless execution of area processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accountability for key process outputs related to safety, quality, and performance. Responsibilities include overseeing order fulfillment, replenishment, shipping, receiving, and daily operations with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse and inventory operations.
- Strong mathematical and logistical skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities, including mentoring, training, and providing constructive feedback.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare presentation materials and deliver information in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proven analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Familiarity with computer ordering systems and other IT platforms.
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
