We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support all facets of daily operations for the Legends Entertainment District while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Work directly with the Director of Operations in assisting with a master task list and production schedule in support of the Legends out-of-home marketing network.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including reports and other document prep.
- Attend regular departmental meetings.
- Manage weekly photography needs of client creatives/assets (proof of performance)
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively within a small team.
- Work with outside vendors on production and installation needs.
- Active participation in social media posting, newsletter and company collateral development and marketing initiatives.
- Identify fresh and emerging opportunities to promote the Legends brand.
- Must be organized and able to multi-task.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
What We Need From Our Operations Assistant
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Outlook, Power Point systems with the ability to learn new or updated software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with a wide range of people at all levels of the organization.
- Exhibits a strong work ethic and excellent follow-through.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekends/holidays.
Experience/ Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (required)
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a media operations role (preferred)

- This is a part-time position requiring approximately 25 hours per week.
- Ability to transit throughout the downtown Phoenix area for long periods of time.
- This position works mainly indoors but does require outdoor activity and exposure to weather/elements.
- S-Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
- Must be able to carry a conversation both on the phone and in-person.
- Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English
