We’re looking for an Operations Associate to join our passionate team and help ensure that our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys balancing structure with creativity.
ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative and operational support across departments to ensure smooth daily workflow.
- Managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and overseeing deliveries for both studios and wholesale clients.
- Supporting wholesale and B2B client communications, order processing, and fulfillment.
- Managing customer service responses through Gorgias (email and web inquiries) and ensuring a warm, professional brand voice.
- Assisting with social media and influencer logistics, including influencer bookings, product shipments, and campaign tracking.
- Helping coordinate events, group bookings, and corporate activations.
- Performing local errands, purchasing, and general support tasks as needed to support studio and HQ operations.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of professional experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with tools such as Gorgias, Shopify, Google Workspace, Slack, and Excel (experience with inventory systems a plus).
- Interest in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Enjoy multi taskings.
Compensation & Benefits- Salary range: $55,000–$60,000, commensurate with experience.
