I have been asked to identify a high-performing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul manager for a small but growing aviation company.

This is a base-plus-bonus-plus-equity position with an outstanding work-life balance, in a relaxed, professional, and fun office setting.

What we need:

A proven track record of revenue growth within a services delivery company, such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing, Automotive, or Construction, in a company with at least $5 million in revenue.
You need excellent management skills and at least 8 direct reports.
Ability to read Financial Statements and P&L forecasting models and present to a board
Cost Accounting acumen
Ingenuity - how can you do more with less?
Experience around gross margin improvement and understanding of EBITDA
At least 8 years of experience in the above areas
