What You'll Do:

Provide companionship and personal care to seniors in their homes
Support clients using techniques that promote physical, mental, and social well-being
Assist clients in maintaining or achieving their highest level of independence
Manage the needs and care regimen of assigned clients
Collaborate with business office staff to develop personalized care plans
Split time between companionship and medically focused care

What You'll Need:

High school diploma or GED
Must be 18 or older
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with seniors required
Valid driver's license, with a good driving record and auto insurance
Must own or have access to a personal vehicle to transport yourself and clients as needed
Clear verbal and written communication in English (required)
