We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable
Remote Virtual Typist – Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately typing, entering, and updating data into our digital systems. This position is fully remote and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Type and enter data from various sources into databases or spreadsheets.
Review and verify the accuracy of entered data.
Maintain and update electronic records and files.
Correct errors and ensure data integrity.
Follow company data entry procedures and guidelines.
Meet daily or weekly typing and accuracy targets.
Communicate with team members via email or chat for task updates.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a typist, data entry clerk, or similar role (preferred but not required).
Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM recommended).
Basic computer and internet skills (MS Word, Excel, or Google Sheets).
Good command of English and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and a personal computer or laptop.
