The Opportunity
As VP of Operations for the Southeast, you will lead their fastest-growing region. This isn't about inheriting something that needs to be fixed, it's about capitalizing on momentum.
You'll oversee eight high-performing locations and approximately 160 employees across the Southeast territory. With the backing of executive leadership that trusts you to deliver, this is a true operator's role with high impact, high visibility, and high reward. You'll drive revenue, optimize margins, and directly impact EBITDA. Your decisions will show up on the bottom line and in your bonus. With regular travel across the Southeast, you'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with your teams, building relationships, solving problems in real time, and leading from the front.
What You Will Need to Be Successful
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in the LBM industry
- Financial acumen with $50M+ P&L oversight
- Proven people leader with a collaborative approach
- Post-acquisition experience - you've integrated businesses, aligned teams, and delivered synergies
- Strategic vision with tactical execution and make things happen on the ground
- Comfortable with remote work and 50% travel - you thrive in the field and know that's where the real work gets done
