Position Summary:
The Receptionist will serve as the central point of contact for the office—overseeing the front desk, supporting daily operations, and ensuring that the firm’s standards of hospitality and presentation are consistently maintained. The position requires strong organizational instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask gracefully in a dynamic workplace.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, manage phone lines, and coordinate building access and deliveries.
- Maintain the appearance and readiness of common areas, conference rooms, and reception spaces.
- Oversee daily office logistics, including meeting setups, catering coordination, and supply management.
- Work closely with internal operations and hospitality teams to support staff needs and client meetings.
- Assist in planning firm events and gatherings, ensuring smooth execution and attention to detail.
- Provide occasional administrative support to senior team members, including scheduling and travel coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of prior administrative, hospitality, or front-of-house experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and related business applications
- Professional, courteous, and adaptable with a service-minded approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain composure under pressure
