Salary/Hourly Rate
$50k - $55k (Based on experience and performance)
Position Overview
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of the firm, ensuring smooth communication and daily operations. The ideal Receptionist is reliable, composed under pressure, and understands the importance of discretion in a legal setting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the face of a professional team.
Responsibilities Of The Receptionist
- Professionally greet clients and visitors.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate attorneys and departments.
- Manage front desk scheduling, inboxes, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
- Maintain conference room calendars and coordinate meetings and legal appointments.
- Ensure reception and shared areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Distribute mail, receive packages, and assist with courier and legal filings.
- Support Office Administrators with light clerical tasks and document handling.
Required Experience/Skills for the Receptionist:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a Receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Receptionist:
- Previous experience in real estate or professional services.
- Familiarity with local real estate markets.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma is required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
