Position: Executive Assistant
Client: Leader in the Financial Services Industry
Location: New York, NY 10019
Duration: 6 months
Pay: $33.33/hr
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Reports To: Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide extensive telephone coverage for Managing Directors—answer phones, take accurate messages, and handle urgent/confidential matters with discretion
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, events, and conference calls
• Arrange travel, lodging, and process related expenses
• Interface with internal departments to collect information, respond to requests, and obtain services
• Provide backup support during vacation/sick days and assist with other administrative needs
• Maintain organized, fully functional work areas and communication lists
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet/research tools (Concur a plus)
- Ability to follow internal procedures and compliance requirements
