Supply Chain Manager | Consumer Goods | $130,000 – $150,000 base + benefits
Are you a hands-on supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment? Our growing CPG business is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead demand planning, S&OP execution and customer service across North America.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead demand planning and local S&OP, delivering accurate forecasts and actionable insights.
- Manage customer service operations to ensure high service levels and fast issue resolution.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to align plans and drive performance.
- Serve as the main supply and service contact for North America customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in demand planning, forecasting or customer supply chain (CPG preferred).
- Proficiency with ERP/planning systems (Dynamics 365, SAP a plus).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, adaptable mindset—comfortable in a lean, fast-paced environment.
