Data Entry Operator / Records Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and managing company records and data systems. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in company systems with speed and accuracy.
- Organize, maintain, and retrieve digital and physical records as needed.
- Ensure records are stored securely and comply with company policies and data protection standards.
- Perform routine data audits to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support other administrative or clerical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience in data entry, clerical support, or recordkeeping is an advantage.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
