Communiboost We are seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team immediately. As the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Assist clients and colleagues with inquiries and provide information as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a busy environment.
