We’re moving fast, and now we’re looking for someone to run internal ops like a machine.
This role is for someone who thrives on structure, speed, and solving problems before they happen.
You’ll work directly with the CEO to organize everything behind the scenes: team processes, kit logistics, communication flow, and internal systems.
What you’ll own:
- Daily company operations
- Cross-team coordination
- Internal tools and workflows
- Hiring, onboarding, and team tracking
- Kit logistics and vendor coordination
You’re a fit if you:
- Are extremely organized
- Hate inefficiency
- Can keep teams aligned and moving
- Know how to create structure from scratch
- Have experience in ops at a fast-paced company
We’re open to recent graduates if you’re sharp, organized, and ready to learn fast.
This is not a cushy operations job. It’s hands-on, high-urgency, and real impact every day.
Must work in-person at our El Segundo office
Compensation: $80–110K,
