They are looking for a Vice President of Operations to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of GMs across multiple branches.
- Design and implement scalable systems and processes.
- Bring clarity, structure, and operational rhythm to a rapidly growing organization.
- Provide hands-on coaching and direction to elevate performance and accountability.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to align day-to-day operations with long-term strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Degree strongly preferred
- 5+ years experience leading multiple branches
- Experience working for a PE backed company (preferred)
