Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end operations across a multi-site logistics and distribution network.
Lead and develop site leaders and operations teams to consistently hit KPIs in safety, service, quality, and cost.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
Standardize warehouse, shipping, and driver-related processes across locations to ensure consistency and scalability.
Oversee freight, routing, and delivery logistics, partnering with internal and third-party fleets as needed.
Manage operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve EBITDA performance.
Build a culture of accountability, safety, and frontline engagement through active leadership and hands-on floor presence.
Leverage WMS, TMS, ERP, and analytics platforms to improve visibility, accuracy, and operational decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and HR to align operational execution with business goals.
Lead facility expansion, consolidation, or transformation projects as needed.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in operations leadership, with increasing responsibility in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing.
Proven track record in multi-site operations management, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment.
Experience opening and/or closing a facility.
Experience leading both warehouse and freight/delivery operations, including third-party carriers or in-house drivers.
Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, operational budgets, and cost efficiency programs.
Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, proprietary platforms).
