What You Bring:
✅ Steel framing industry experience desired- deep understanding of manufacturing processes
✅ Multi-site leadership - proven track record managing multiple facilities

✅ P&L management - financial responsibility and cost optimization experience
✅ Team leadership - ability to lead and develop plant managers and operations teams
✅ Strategic thinking - can balance operational execution with long-term planning
