What You’ll Do:
CALENDAR MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate meetings and assist with maintaining schedule
- Work with cross-department assistants on scheduling department meetings
- Schedule key management meetings with licensee partners
- Coordinate conference/meeting room set-up, order catering, and make logistical arrangements for management meetings
REPORTING
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly selling reports for licensed product categories
SAMPLE MANAGEMENT
- Assist division in Licensed Product sample management (borrowing, lending, tracking)
- Assist in pulling samples for photo shoots, retail style outs, and other internal meetings
- Assist with organization and maintenance of sample “closet”
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Directly support administrative needs of VP, Global Licensing
- Process expense reports and ensure accuracy
- Code invoices to appropriate departmental codes
- Assist in arranging travel itineraries for VP
- Assist with some office related errands
- Regularly update the T&E budget
OTHER
- Assist VP in new licensing partner transition – attend regular touch bases with licensee, recap meetings, category-specific projects such as competitive analyses & presentations
- Work on divisional projects and presentation
- Prepare onboarding for department & licensee new hires on an as needed basis
- Manage discount list for all Licensee employees
- Respond daily to licensing inquiries
- Manage vendor appreciation shopping event activations in partnership with retail teams
- Conduct trend research for licensed categories as needed
You’ll Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrates ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Experienced in PowerPoint and Knowledgeable in Excel
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Proactive and flexible
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be detail oriented
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
