Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Oakland, MI. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with activities of daily living, and supporting patient care needs. Day-to-day tasks will include bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and monitoring the overall health and well-being of the patients. The role requires maintaining clear communication with patients and their families, as well as documenting care provided and updating patient records.
Qualifications
- Skills in Home Care and Patient Care
- Experience with Activities of Daily Living and Personal Care
- Strong Communication skills
- Empathy and patience when working with patients
- Certifications such as CNA or HHA are preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to work independently and with a team
