What You'll Do:
- Analyze, design, and improve manufacturing processes for landscape supply products
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Utilize data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams across operations and production
