They are seeking a Vice President of Construction Operations who can elevate performance across the entire construction lifecycle—while serving as a trusted partner to owners and a culture-driving leader within the organization.
What You’ll Lead:
- Full construction operations including preconstruction coordination, schedules, budgets, logistics, and quality standards
- Internal hiring and thought leadership
- Strong, proactive owner interaction and relationship management
- Project executives, project Managers , superintendents, and field teams across all active projects
- Workforce development, mentorship, and team-building initiatives
- Company-wide performance improvements, process optimization, and best-in-class delivery
