Overview
The Planning Coordinator supports daily sales operations and product reporting activities, ensuring accurate data management and timely updates across multiple systems. This role serves as a key liaison between the U.S. team and Japan headquarters, coordinating sales model updates, performance tracking, and reporting to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily sales progress updates and maintain sales tracking reports.
- Update and manage model reports, including new model launches and maintenance.
- Coordinate and update Mexico and local market model reports.
- Oversee local model maintenance, including for military shippers.
- Monitor incoming product information and maintain related data accuracy.
- Support package invoicing (CMM) and account lineup updates.
- Maintain focus model lists and share updates with Japan HQ.
- Manage product samples and oversee sell-thru data gathering and summary updates.
- Prepare spot allocation sheets and update sales data accordingly.
- Provide sales support by sharing product details and making shipping way sheets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between sales, logistics, and planning teams.
- Forecast future product sales and purchase volume by model/channel through analysis of market data and input from sales team.
- Track and control inventory levels for assigned categories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in data entry, supply chain, planning, or administrative roles.
- Intermediate Excel skills and high data entry accuracy.
- Intermediate-level data management and analytical skills required.
- Basic experience with ERP or inventory systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in demand planning, inventory planning, logistics, or sales support preferred.
- Knowledge of low-price wrist watches or branded consumer goods preferred.
- Experience working with sales teams preferred.
- Japanese language ability a plus.
LOCATION
This role is hybrid and requires a minimum of 3 days on-site in our Jersey City, NJ office.

This position offers a base salary range from [$60,000 to $70,000] a year, determined by a variety of factors including relevant skills, experience, location, business needs and market demand.
