The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
- Answers and directs phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Acts as first point of contact for visitors
- Distributes all received mail and packages and logging them in for record purposes
- Coordinates messengers/couriers for delivery of outgoing packages
- Drops off all outgoing USPS mail in the mailbox
- Drops off all outgoing Fedex packages at the nearest Fedex location
- Assists with keeping track of office supply inventory and office snack inventory
- Manages laundry service in gym by calling for pick up as needed
- Involved in day-to-day administrative operations of the office (i.e. calling for service if needed for copiers)
- Assists with waivers and check releases
- Assists other support staff as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
