We are seeking an exceptionally capable, discreet, and adaptable Personal Assistant to support an internationally based High Net Worth individual with a fast moving schedule, global lifestyle, diverse career interests, and an active family life. This role requires top tier organizational skills, impeccable judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a high pressure, ever changing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide seamless day to day personal and administrative support at home and while traveling internationally.
• Handle confidential and sensitive matters with absolute discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate family plans and offer occasional support during family trips and vacations.
• Anticipate needs, troubleshoot quickly, and maintain calm efficiency at all times.
• Manage complex travel itineraries, hotel and villa accommodations, ground transportation, and logistics across multiple time zones.
• Liaise confidently with household staff, private office teams, and a wide range of external service providers.
• Oversee scheduling, appointments, and last minute changes with a “no problem” approach.
• Work collaboratively and proactively with an international team.
• Run personal errands and oversee frequent packing and unpacking, including tracking and logging high value items as they move between locations.
• Partner with household staff to ensure wardrobe maintenance, personal care items, supplements, and essential supplies are consistently organized and replenished.
Requirements
• Prior experience supporting a UHNW or HNW individual, celebrity, or senior executive with significant international travel exposure.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and able to remain composed under pressure.
• Thick skinned, discreet, and emotionally intelligent, able to read a room and uphold appropriate boundaries.
• Positive, proactive, service first mindset with a “yes” attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel globally at a moment’s notice and work non standard hours as needed.
