Pay Rate: $23.50 – $40.00/hour
The Gardens at Orangeville is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Orangeville, PA. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisor, ensuring our residents receive compassionate and professional support.
**We’re offering new, competitive pay rates, including significantly increased compensation for select shifts to recognize and reward our valued nursing professionals.

Responsibilities

Administer nursing care in a skilled nursing environment under RN supervision.

Provide basic medical care, including changing dressings, administering prescribed medications, and collecting specimens.

Monitor residents’ health, document observations, and communicate changes promptly to nursing leadership.

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania

Prior experience in long-term care preferred
