Gerresheimer Peachtree City L.P. was established in 1993 in Peachtree City, GA, as part of the Plastics & Devices Division manufacturing and assembling a variety of precision molded plastic parts for various applications in the medical industry. The subsidiary operates in an 132 K sq. ft. production facility with 200 employees.
Job Description
- Introduction and coordination of the GMS and G2E programs
- Support for the plant manager, department heads, and their departments and teams in achieving plant objectives
- Ownership of the planning and coordinating and assisting in the execution of improvement projects
- Process and success monitoring, including adjustments and escalation of individual process steps when necessary
- Support for the leadership team through the formulation of improvement strategies
- Analyzes, evaluation, and comparison of OPEX KPIs to identify key areas for improvement
- Conducting training sessions on the Gerresheimer Coaching System for the leadership team
- Practical training in the plants to further develop employees' problem-solving skills
Exchange with the GMS/OPEX Group and other plants to enhance improvement measures
Qualifications
Knowledge acquired through at least a 3-year (technical) university degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar) and expanded through practical experience in the field of operations or in a similarly responsible role (e.g., Shift Leader, Technical Expert, Supervisor, Engineer).
