Job Summary
A leading New York healthcare system is seeking a Senior Vice President of Oncology Operations to oversee strategic and operational leadership across its oncology service lines. Responsibilities
- Providing executive oversight and integration across all oncology service lines and supportive care.
- Developing and executing strategic, operational, and financial plans aligned with system growth and quality goals.
- Driving excellence in access, throughput, and patient experience across the continuum of cancer care.
- Ensuring compliance with CoC, NAPBC, FACT, and other accrediting bodies.
- Leading a high-performing team and championing collaboration, innovation, and workforce engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 9 years of progressive healthcare management experience, including 3+ in leadership within a hospital or health system.
- Proven success in oncology operations, strategy, or service line integration.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and team development skills.
Compensation: $259,000 - $370,000
