Job Summary

A leading New York healthcare system is seeking a Senior Vice President of Oncology Operations to oversee strategic and operational leadership across its oncology service lines. Responsibilities

Providing executive oversight and integration across all oncology service lines and supportive care.
Developing and executing strategic, operational, and financial plans aligned with system growth and quality goals.
Driving excellence in access, throughput, and patient experience across the continuum of cancer care.
Ensuring compliance with CoC, NAPBC, FACT, and other accrediting bodies.
Leading a high-performing team and championing collaboration, innovation, and workforce engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum 9 years of progressive healthcare management experience, including 3+ in leadership within a hospital or health system.
Proven success in oncology operations, strategy, or service line integration.
Strong leadership, financial management, and team development skills.

Compensation: $259,000 - $370,000
